Need urgent help... My Exchange Server 2007 keeps rebooting every 20-30 minutes randomly, I have checked for adware and virus's, nada. The only change we have made on the server is to install all remaining MS Windows Updates. This started happening right after the reboot thereafter.

I am working on another post, where three other people are having this issue:
Let me see if we can get them over here to assist you. Looks like they are wrapping their fixes up.

As ChiefIT says, we appear to have found the culprit: KB968389. Uninstall that patch, and your problem should go away.
When I tried to uninstall it, my server complained that the other patches I installed at the same time might break, so I created a dependency matrix and uninstalled them all in reverse order. I then re-installed all of the patches EXCEPT KB968389, and have been happy so far.
The problem is resolved with this update.

If no one knows this specific problem and has a better idea I would uninstall those updates you applied (I hope it wasn't too many). If this resolves your problem you would at least know where to start looking (e.g. by reapplying the updates one by one).
