Rename Inbox and Sent Items in Outlook or Exchange
How to rename Inbox in Outlook 2007 that connects to an Exchange service provider with a control panel of sorts? I have not been able to find where renaming is possible?

i did, in fact i have now trawled the internet for hours to see if the issue was on my side of things, but im pretty sure it is not ...
to confirm to people the vbs execution does not work for Outlook 2007 and does return the dont have permission error (see attached screenshot), and it seems to me this is most likely because of "After installing the Outlook security update this sample will stop working properly because of changes made by Microsoft." http://www.cdolive.com/modifydefaultfoldernames.htm
i think it is time to give up, unless there are any other types of solution on offer?
p.s. btw for those pre 2007, here is another helpful article in case copy paste introduces linebreaks http://www.eggheadcafe.com/forumarchives/outlookgeneral/Jun2005/post23348749.asp

Nothing else in mind I am afraid - why do you want to change it anyway? It is a little unusual.

to be able to see and use all my favourite folders from a minimised Navigation Pane e.g. having long special folder names pushes Sent Mail out of the screen as you can see on the left side of the screenshot ...
i think i will wait for a monitor with a higher vertical resolution than 1024 and use the navpane in Normal mode till then

I was going to say - get a larger monitor / better graphics card!
