I get the following error when I try to use Incredimail to send or receive my AOL email at work. &nbsp;LDAP: error code 11 - Rate-limited by KDC<br />

I don't get any error when I am at home.<br />

What should I look at/change to fix this problem. &nbsp;I have been researching for days and can't seem to nail anything down.

Incredimail Error

An email client, email reader or more formally mail user agent (MUA) is a computer program in the category of groupware environments used to access and manage a user's email. A web application that provides message management, composition, and reception functions may internally act as an email client; as a whole, it is commonly referred to as webmail. Most email software operates under one of these (and many products support more than one).  The correct protocol must be selected, and correctly configured, if you want your email account to work.
