Outlook 2007 cache mode mailbox size control

I'm running 10 clients on Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003.  they are operating in cache mode and now the mailbox sizes are over 5gb and growing.  they do very well in sorting emails into folders - is there any way to make certain folders (old projects, for example) only available while online with Exchange?  this would help them lower the size of the offline pst yet still give access to older emails when necessary.  thanks.Start Free Trial
