Email in folders disappeared from Exchange after setting up Entourage

I have a client that I just setup Entourage 2008 to interface with Exchange 2003.  The account was setup to work directly with Exchange, not POP3.  After setup Entourage starting pulling all of the email and folders from the Exchange server.
It successfully pulled the names of all the folders the user setup, however the content of those folders was empty in Entourage, other than the Inbox, Deleted Items, Sent Items, Drafts and of course Junk Email which all contained what5 they should. The folders were created by the user in OWA and now the strange part is the email in those folders is also gone in OWA.

There are 2 other Entourage users in the network and they were also setup at the same time and are not experiencing the same problem, but they are on Entourage 2004.  No users using Outlook 2003 or 2007 have experienced any problems either.Start Free Trial
