Migration from outlook express to thunderbird

i need to import my message from outlook express to thunderbird... and i had already converted my messages to .eml form... but i cant import it in with the mbox/eml extension from thunderbird.. and i tried the import function from thunderbird to directly import from OE.. but it kept saying no mailboxes existed.. although i had already set those mailboxes up. and i am looking for the dbx to mbox convertor but i cant find it. any one have any idea how to import OE emails to thunderbird?
