importing mail from Thunderbird to Outlook 2007

I need detailed instRuctions, or preferably a low tech method, of importing folders and mail from Thunderbird to Outlook 2007.  I do have Windows Mail to use as a transition repository if needed.
DOES OUTLOOK HAVE TOO MANY PROBLEMS TO BOTHER WITH IT??

I have been using Outlook for years and have not had any serious issues, maybe a small bug here and there but nothing that wasn't quickly fixed.

Hello ddriver616,

Outlook 2007 still has problem.  You will find it working slower than Thunderbird.  If you do not need the additional functionality of Outlook 2007, stick with Thunderbird.
