is there any way to sync Thunderbirds or Googles contacts with vista's window contacts?

I need a way to sync Microsoft Vista's Windows Contacts with Mozilla Thunderbird's Default address book?
anyone know of a way to do that?

or to sync Windows Contacts with Google's Contacts either way is fine
