"An error occurred while importing settings. Some, or all, of the settings my not have been imported."
It's important I get this functioning as I have over 20 email accounts, and I do not want to have to recreate all of these manually in Thunderbird!
I've tried a number of solutions already:
1. In this thread the user is advised to import to Outlook Express first, then from that to Thunderbird.

But when I open OE 6 and select File-->Import-->Mail Account Settings, it gives me an error "No other email accounts could be found". I never even get a chance to select the PST file or anything.
2. Exporting from Outlook 2007 doesn't work. There's no option to export Settings; only messages & contacts
3. I tried closing Outlook 2007 before the import, but that makes no difference.

Ajw43022,
Exactly what do you need to move? What Settings exactly? I believe you will have to manually add Account Settings.
Account settings are not exportable from Outlook 2007, as you have noted. They need to be manually recreated, however, this person has a workaround, but it only applies to moving from Outlook to Outlook, so trying to migrate to Thunderbird from Outlook is a PITA when you have a lot of Accounts, as you noted.
