Thunderbird duplicates sent messages into Inbox

Hi,

   I'm using Thunderbird to access my Gmail account via IMAP. In Thunderbird (latest version 2.0.0.22), each time I do a reply all, Forward. Thunderbird just copy the message sent to my Inbox and Sent folder. Duplicating the sent message. Is there anyway I can disable that option ? I have other Thunderbird client on other machines that doesn't have the same behavior, I've checked the configs, they look the same. Tried to uninstall/reinstall Thunderbird ... didn't help.

In TB, Double check your Account Settings->the gmail imap account->Copies and folders and make sure you don't have "Place Replies in the folder of the message  being replied to" checked.  Also,  if checked, make sure you have the "Place a copy in "Sent" folder , if you are using that.

Doesn't work ... Google did something that screwed things up and haven't fixed it. Plenty of ppl are complaining in their online Gmail forum. The "All Mail" folder get duplicates and is unusable, so I sorted to use the Thunderbird Inbox, which is fine until they fix it. Thanks.
