Trying to have e-mail sent from a PDA linked to our mail server appear in the sent folder of Thunderbird client on sender's desktop

User is sending mail via a VPN-enabled Blackjack connected to our server.  The phone mail account is set to imap4.  Despite best efforts, he is unable to have mail sent from the phone appear in his Mozilla Thunderbird client.
