We use GFI mail essentials. It blocks most spam and has some other utilities we are using as well.

Its FREE!
It takes a bit of training ( a few days) but after a short time, it will be very accurate. I've been using it for around 2-3 months and it's running at 95.76% accuarte. Its excellent to use and heaps easy to set up.
Let me know how you go.

We use Declude JunkMail and Alligate. Declude runs within IMail, while Alligate can run as a Declude test (this is how we use it) or as a standalone product. Using both Declude and Alligate, we are able to delete about 40% of the crap, and flag another 58% as SPAM. So only about 2% slips though without being flagged. Here are the links:

I'm glad I have them both, but if I had to pick only one, I'd go with Declude. The support is nothing short of amazing.
