I need an SMTP server

I would like to setup an SMTP server in my internal network, so that all our emails are not forwarded from my ISPs SMTP server but from our internal mail server. I need this mail server to connect directly with each host, not just forard everything to my ISP.... This way it is even better for us, and faster for our clients. We are sending more that 3000 emails every Thursday as newsletters, so the mail server ust have such capability. I will install it on a Windows 2000 machine.
