Have external mail address bypass Outlook Junk mail filter for all users in a domain

We are using Exchagne 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients.
We are using the Intelligent Message Filter on the Exchagne box.
We are using the Outlook Junk Mail filter on the clients.

I would like to add an external mail address to a white list so that it will bypass all of the clients Junk mail filters.  I was thinking that I could add a contact for the external address on the server perhaps.
