There is no easy way to export your emails from Gmail. You can download the Inbox emails via POP3 access to an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird. Then save the data file.
You can save individual emails by opening each email. Click on down arrow next to Reply on the right side to access More Options > Show Original > File Print to a local file
