Outlook 2003 build: 11.8169.8202 sp3
Hi
i have a problem with a user's outlook 2003. everytime this user recieves an email with a jpg in the body it wont display in the reading plane or when you double click it. If you reply or forward it on it displays the image. I have tried a few different thing like updating the service pack on outlook to sp3. I have lowered the security in outlook, disabled all add-ins. i think it could have something do with window updates? any one know any updates which can cause problems?
Any ideas?
