User unable to accept a calendar invitation with MAC running Entourage 2008

We have a MAC user that is running Entourage 2008. He is getting emails fine, but if someone sends an calendar invitation the accept button is grayed out. This is connecting to Exchange 2003. Other MAC users are all Entourage 2004 , but they can accept invitations. Any ideas?
