I have an exchange server where some of my user accounts requested a period in their address. for example jsmith@company.com requested j.smith@company.com
They receive email at the jsmith account fine, and internal mail at the j.smith account but no external mail is being received when sent to j.smith@company.com. Has anyone seen this? I deleted the account and recreated to be sure it wasn't just a corrupted account. The end user does not get a reply saying undeliverable. It just doesn't show up.
