Problems with the offline addressbook and outlook clients

In outlook 2003 if I click and manually do a send and receive I get the following error - 'microsoft exchange server' reported error (0x800401F) I did research and found the following microsoft link - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/905813 I did the recommended resolution for Exchange 2007 and the only offline addressbook that showed up was the default so i selected it and clicked ok twice. Still get the message. I'm not sure if I am doing anything wrong. This is the second exchange 2007 server I built and it happens on both. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
