I cannot access and outside FTP site from inside my LAN. It works fine other places, but I get "FTP session was terminated". I can log on as an anonomous user

I can not log onto an FTP site outside my lan. I can connect to other FTP sites with no problem. I can also log onto this particular site with anonomous user. It was working fine until about a week ago.
