Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. I am trying to setup ftp access to a folder on a server

i am trying to setup ftp access on a folder on a server. it is in the location c:\ftp. i am able to ftp to this server as well as to the folder but i cannot put anything on the folder using the command "put test.txt" it spits out an error message saying :
200 PORT command successful.
550 test.txt: Access is denied.

i have tried login in as the domain administrator as well as local adminitrator but it still does not let me put the file on there?Start Free Trial
