FTP Zipped data to website folder

Some time ago I remember someone had created a batch file (*.bat) that had commands to automatically zip up a folder, (I think he used PKZip), and then the batch file used FTP to transfer the file a specific folder on his website. He then used the Windows scheduler to run this batch file every night at 10 PM. This gave him a daily offsite backup.
I also remember that he had to write the batch file in such a way so as to not have to answer any questions, such as "Y" for Yes to overwrite.

Can anyone help me with this.
