I have a webserver that a program resides ...
I can access it fine with my FTP client (FTP Voyager) and have full access to all folders and files ...
A developer has attempted to download the files and one specific folder (admin) they can not download due to their access is denied.
They even bought FTP Voyager and same issue ...
I attempted to access the folder with IE FTP function and I got the same access error ...
We are both using the same UserName and password ...
I downloaded the folder and sent it to them ... they renamed it and uploaded it and afterwards ... they could not access it again.
I have no problem with the new folder either as long as I am accessing it through FTP Voyager ...
Any ideas of what this can be ?
All the setting on the folders are normal and again we are using the same FTP settings and user information ...
