FTPWebRequest Site values: VB.net, FTP

FTPWebRequest Site values

Hello,
I have a VB.net application where I am trying to upload file from my machine to a mainframe machine.
In other application I was using chilkat FTP component and I specified the values for site as shown in the code below.
How do I do that in FTPWebRequest.

Dim ftp As New Chilkat.Ftp2()      
 Dim success As Boolean success = ftp.Site("lrecl=1000 recfm=fb cy pri=1 sec=1")
