Outlook will not connect over http

Outlook should be able to connect to exchange using http.  I have owned 3 laptops and have hoped everytime I upgrade and re-install outlook that the http connection will work.  It seems to be something with my local outlook profile since other household members can connect to the exchange server over http.  In the meantime, I have been using a VPN to connect, but I would like to get off VPN.

To provide assistance, I am looking for MS knowledge base articles or troubleshooting tips that will help to isolate the problem.Start Free Trial
