Downloading speed low!

well the problem is that when i m downloading a torrent file from a software like bitcomet, the downlaod speed get extremely low. but when i m downloading stuff from limewire i get max speed.
bitcomet gives the message "your listen port is blocked,plz check ur firewall or NAT router settings".
how to do this?
ur urgent reply will b highly appreciated.
