Fake ICS network connection

Tags: network, connection, fake, ics, bridge
The network is one segment based on a Linksys 54G, Widows XP PCs on the Windows Workgroup network, either connected via cable or wirelessly, are configured with a miniport bridge network connection. That connection reports a bogus Internet Connection Sharing service that has several TCP and UDP ports used, along with ports for Opera.exe.

Symantec is up-to-date and enabled, but does not report any virus. Anyone familiar with this?
