How do i allow access for limewire & itunes through ISA Server 2006

I have a windows 2003 machine running ISA 2006 Enterprise version.  My client machine is Vista Ultimate.  I cannot seem to be able to get Limewire & Itunes working throght the ISA Server.  I have given my machine & my username full outbound access on ISA but still no luck..Any ideas??
