Automatically download without running as administrator?

I installed Azureus in Windows Vista 32 and I've noticed that I can manually download files with no problem, but downloading automatically (using an RSS feed scanner) gives me "IO Exception: Access Denied" unless I select "run as administrator" when I start Azureus.  I'd rather avoid the annoying security dialogs.  Is there any way I can avoid this error without running Azureus as an administrator?Start Free Trial
