WIN XP PRO Users cannot log off

I have two separate machines in the same office both running Windows XP Pro.. both have four different user profiles.  They are connnected by a peer to peer network.  Sometimes the user cannot log off their profile or shut down the computer and intermettently they cannot access files on the peer to peer although they can print to a nw printer and can access the internet!Start Free Trial
