Cannot access workgroup

I am having an issue with one PC on a client's network. They have 6 PCs in the office. One is acting as a file server and all are connected to a workgroup (Humphries). I am trying to access the humpries workgroup from one PC (named Denise), but keep getting this error. All other PCs can access the workgroup, no problem. And I can access the shared folders on "Denise" from the file server with no issues, just not the other way. I have disabled firewalls, made sure NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled, and checked that Computer Browser, Workstation services are enabled and running. What am I missing. All workgroup Pcs are running XP Pro
