Here is a sample VB script I use to move files from one location to another. I run this every 30 days using Scheduled Tasks.
-Change the sample path to the path you need.
-Use "Scheduled Tasks" to run every 30 days or end of every month. (All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Scheduled Tasks)
-Open a new scheduled task and follow direction to VB script location.
-Create in notepad and change file extention to .vbs
Note: Make sure windows is set to view file extensions or notepad will add .txt after the .vbs and you won't be able to see it.

You can use ROBOCOPY for this. Download and install it as part of the Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit (http://www.microsoft.com/
ROBOCOPY "C:\folder to read" "\\server\share\folder to copy to" *.* /E /Z /COPYALL /MOVE /MINAGE:30
Once you fill in the first two commands, the folder to read from and the network share to copy to, the other commands instruct the tool to Move all files it finds in that folder and subfolders when they are 30 days or older.
