Using Windows 7 &amp;&nbsp;IE8 I can accomplish the following which enables control of the remote site.<br />

To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.<br />

However, using FS_FTP 12 with the same credentials (198.171.85.190) and name/password returns error in the attached image. Substituting the domain (phchc.com) for the IP address - same error. <br />
