telnet problems to a cisco 877

Asked by gemmam in SSH / Telnet Software, Network Routers, DSL Lines / Cable Internet

Does anyone have any idea why I cannot telnet to my cisco 877 from the internet?  I can ping the wan interface from the internet, but telnet connections just hang, then close with a cannot connect message.  I can successfully telnet from a pc connected to the ethernet interface to either the ethernet address or the wan address.  Start Free Trial
