Telnet sessions disconnect/drop on a VPN Tunnell

I have a network that consist of a Sonicwall 3060 Enh on the main office and we connect to a hosting facility via Hardware to a hardware VPN tunnell. Our ERP System to which we connect to via telnet application (multiview) is located on the hosting facility.
When my users login to AIX and  the application, some every 15 minutes some after 60 minutes and it is very random of inactivity, the sessions terminates.

When the ERP server was located in the same LAN we had no issues at all, it would stay up for days.

Any help will be gratefully appreciated
