need help configuring an integrated services router!

i need to set up a router to be used in a PTP with another office, it will go over a ds3 line
i was given the following to set up on the interfaces.
i believe i set up the interfaces correctly but i am getting a "...CHANGED STATE TO RESET" when i enter the NO SHUT command on the gig interface...

G0/0  192.168.73.253/24
S2/0  189.150.12.2/30


for telnet i need to set the username: ADMINand and password: ADMIN1

i issued the LINE VTY 0 4 command and entered the password and login commands, but how can i add a username?Start Free Trial
