samba share - deny delete and allow edit

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent a user account from deleting files that he created and still allow him to edit those?

Whats the point? If I can edit and not delete, I can truncate the file to zero size.

people can't accedentally delete files while working.

creating a file means a permission to modify the dir in which the file is created in. you can not let user create a file in a dir and then say he can't delete it
