The webDAV service must be mapped to port 80. It looks like yours is mapped to port 8080 (that's the :8080 part of the address).
It also looks like your service is on a local machine (the 192.168.0.7 address is a local address) so you may be able to reconfigure it.
Sorry I can't be of more assistance. Maybe someone else out here knows more about this than I do (for sure...).
