Uhm seems everything has changed at subversion website.
What linux distro are you running? I can get you direct links.
I use RHEL you can find them here:
http://the.earth.li/pub/su
You will want to download neon too and then when you install you need to install the mod_dav at the same time for example:
rpm -Uvh subversion-1.5.1-1.i386.rp
Then when that is done, install NEON
Then add to your httpd.conf:
LoadModule dav_svn_module /usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod
LoadModule authz_svn_module /usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod
Restart httpd and your ready to go.
