HTTP Methods used by ActiveSync

Can anyone tell me what HTTP methods are used by Active Sync Push Email?

The reason being, we are currently trying to achieve this via a Cisco 11500 content switch and in order for us to previously get RPC working we had to define custom HTTP methods that RPC uses (RPC_IN_DATA, RPC_OUT_DATA)

So I am assuming that Active Sync is also using additional HTTP methods that we need to configure on the content switch.

I have found a document that defines the following methods are used by Exchange but does not go into any detail.

BMOVE, BCOPY, BDELETE, BPROPFIND, BPROPPATCH, POLL, NOTIFY, SUBSCRIBE, UNSUBSCRIBE, ACL, SUBSCRIPTIONS, X_MS_ENUMATTS

Would be great if someone could point me in the direction of a document that describes the full Active Sync process.

Any help is appreciated.
