exchange 2003 Entourage 2008 Slow remote network connection Webdav

Hi,
I have a exchange 2003 server with 20 Outlook users in one remote office, connecting through Rpc. No problems.

I have another office that has 5 Mac/Entourage users. They connect via https webdav. Whenever the mac users synch the internet connection gets crushed. Their connection is 5000/768. When they synch it drops to 128/128 with lots of latency..

Any thoughts what is causing that? I believ have confirmed it occurs when the Entourage clients are synching.
