I have a need of a program (not a web site or service) that I can create a series of lists and add emails to those lists. The software must be able to manage bounced messages.
The individual lists need to be able to accept an email with an attachment. When the email with attachment is sent to a particualr list it needs to then in turn send out the message with attachment to all emails who belong to the list.
Ex. List is created called "Report" The email address for this list is report@emailsend.com For "Report" there are three email addresses associated to receive mail from the list:
1) jdoe@email.com
2) tdoe@email.com
3) mdoe@att.net
I send an email with attachment to report@emailsend.com and the List Software sends that message to jdoe, tdoe, and mdoe. Assume tdoe no longer works for email.com and a rejection message is sent to the List Software. I need to be able to manually or automatically clean up that address from the list.
Anyone know of software I can use for this? I will award at least 50 points per suggestion or the whole 500 if I only receive one suggestion. Thanks for your help.
