ListServ Application

I have a group of about 30 people that are going to be browsing a website that I have made on a frequent basis...it is important that they can send out an email to the whole group simply from an online form.  Does anyone know of an application that can be installed on a Win 2003 Standard IIS server that would allow me to input a list of email addresses & then have a normal contact sheet where people can send a single email through there to everyone?
