I created two AD accounts intended to be used for generic email addresses e.g. salessupport@company.com, I then created a group with about 5 members who would like to view the emails sent to these accounts as well as "Send As" these two users.
So I gave the group Full mailbox access under the Exchange Advanced tab as well as only "Send As" permissions on the security tab.
My problem is that only 2 of the 5 users are able to successfully "Send As" either of these users. I have added these accounts under "open these additional mailboxes" for each user so they can successfully view the contents of these mailboxes. All the settings seem to be correct and it works for 2 of the 5, but the rest of my users get a NDR with "You do not have permission to send to this recipient."
Any ideas?
