cannot delete emails in outlook outbox.   will not send or receive

cannot get rid of emails in outlook outbox.   tried work off line and it would now let me.  also disconnected it from the hi speed network and work off line and still wont let me delete or copy mails to another folder. microsoft xp pro is installed with office professional.Start Free Trial
