Sending spam as legitimate company users

Hello Experts =)
We have spammers spoofing our corporate email addresses.
Some users get bouncebacks saying message couldn't be sent because user doesn't exist, etc.
This is going to get our domain put on blacklists which i know we can be removed from but no one wants to deal with that.

I need a good explaination as to the best methods of email authentication that are out there so as to minimize this in the future.
I've heard of SPF, CSV, SenderID, DomainKeys, DKIM.
Should i use all these with my current email setup?
We have one email server (Exchange 2003 sp2) and use IMF and will be filtering inbound mail through Postini fairly soon.
