Best way to block adult sites

I work for a non-profit agency and we own a low income property with a community computer.  Recently the some of the tenants have been installing software and looking at porn on the community computer.

The software install problem I can limit taking away admin rights to their profile.

The porn I am not sure what to do with.  They do not have a dedicated net admin (I'm the closest thing we have).  What is a good method to block adult websites.  I'm sure this will involve some software.  If so, which software would you recommend. Start Free Trial
