Help using Blat to send text message to my phone

I have been using a program called Blat www.blat.net to send messages to my email inbox.  I would like to change it to send a text message to my phone ( att/cingular ).  I not really sure what the server address is.  Does anyone know what it is and/or what the blat syntax is to send text messages is.??
