"Grrr! A popup blocker" printing issue with Google Apps

I have a few users who whenever they try and print something from their gmail accounts they get an error saying

"Grrr! A popup blocker may be preventing (Your Domain) from opening the page. If you have a popup blocker, try disabling it to open the window"

The issue is appearing in IE8, and on XP and Vista.

Day one we added mail.google.com to the trusted sites on the effected computers and it seemed to fix it.

Problem came back the next morning so we cleared IE's cookies and it work.

Problem came back again and don't know what else to do. The effected computers firewalls are turned off and popup blockers are off. They are running Symantec 10.1.5 for antivirus but it isn't doing any popup blocking.

I dont think it is Symantec though because other computers with it installed arent having the same issues.

Any ideas
