Sizing exchange 2013 for virtualization

We are about to virtualized exchange 2013 and was hoping someone could give basics about sizing to verify we are on right track.

10,000 users with 3GB mailbox size and 150 messages sent per day. I have also been asked to provide 99.999 uptime and I am not sure if DAG provides that high level.

Thanks for any helpful hints.

Thanks for the response Andrew, mgmt asked for five 9s availability. Will DAG be enough? What solution would be recommended?
5 9s

99.999% ?

Not even Microsoft Office 365 provide that!?
So what is the best solution for high availability with near zero downtime?
Office 365 or your own on-premise solution, but to need to select realistic Uptime!

I think 5 x 9s (99.999%) is less than 8 minutes of downtime!
